Step 5 may sound familiar and if it does, then you are at least 20% there!  Each night before retiring, begin with Steps 1 through 4…and then…spend the last five waking minutes in major, overwhelming, breathtaking, gratitude.   That will take your sub-conscious to a place of restful appreciation all night long.  Instead of replaying the annoying and peace-stealing thoughts of the day, you will  enjoy a night of calm, restorative sleep.  Awesommmmmmmmmmm…….
