In Element 01 of Your LifeBook, “Being Clear Why You Are Here” chapter explored WHY you want to make a change. The next step is to identify what you want, learn how to develop a strategy on how to get what you want and explore your readiness for change.
In Your LifeBook, you can complete a willingness and readiness ruler for each MacroHabit of health. Look inward and measure where you fall on each scale to identify where you are on your journey and how prepared you are to take it to the next level. Then begin with defining exactly what you need to accomplish and outline the goals that will allow you to create the new life you want to live.
Ask yourself the following questions to determine what you want to accomplish on your journey:
- What do I want to change? Identify three areas of importance that require immediate change. Start broad by selecting a macroHabit of health, then hone in on the change you need to install.
- What does this Element mean? Once you select what to change, think about how this will impact your daily lifestyle. For example, are you cutting sugary beverages and replacing them with water? - How does this Element allow me to reflect? Reflecting on the change you are committing to is equally important as practicing it on your journey. Identify what you want to accomplish and how it will benefit your life to keep health to-of-mind.
- What actions will I take? After choosing Elements to improve upon, define your action steps by partnering with me. Together, we will develop a strategy and set of steps to help you visualize and maximize your desired results.
